Mumbai-based logistics startup QuickShift has raised Rs 22 crore (approximately $2.6 million) in a pre-Series A funding round led by Atomic Capital, with participation from Axilor Ventures and other strategic investors.

The fresh capital infusion positions QuickShift to accelerate its expansion across key metropolitan markets while enhancing its technology-driven fulfillment platform that serves over 100 D2C and enterprise brands nationwide.

Driving Growth Through AI-Led Fulfillment

Founded by Anshul Goenka, QuickShift has established itself as a comprehensive plug-and-play fulfillment and supply chain platform that integrates technology, infrastructure, and logistics services. The company’s platform provides brands with real-time visibility and control over inventory and orders across multiple channels.

The startup has demonstrated substantial momentum, reporting 100% Annual Recurring Revenue growth between September 2024 and September 2025. Currently, QuickShift manages 3 lakh B2C shipments, 7 lakh marketplace orders, and 5,000 quick commerce replenishments monthly.

Strategic Deployment of Capital

QuickShift plans to deploy the new funding across three strategic priorities:

  • Platform Enhancement: Advancing its AI-led fulfillment technology to drive greater operational efficiency
  • Geographic Expansion: Extending operations across North and South India, with new fulfillment centers planned for Hyderabad, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, and Indore
  • Team Strengthening: Bolstering omni-channel programs and expanding the leadership team to support scale

Extensive Infrastructure and Integration

Operating across seven fulfillment centers covering 29,000 pincodes, QuickShift has built a robust network that seamlessly integrates with major e-commerce platforms. The company’s infrastructure connects with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy, JioMart, and BigBasket, enabling unified fulfillment across online and offline channels.

This comprehensive integration capability has made QuickShift particularly attractive to brands seeking to navigate India’s complex multi-channel retail environment.

Expansion into Major Metropolitan Markets

The company is set to significantly broaden its footprint in key metropolitan areas including NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Kolkata. This expansion strategy aligns with the growing demand for sophisticated fulfillment solutions as D2C brands scale rapidly across tier-1 and tier-2 cities.

QuickShift’s technology-first approach addresses critical pain points in Indian e-commerce, including inventory management, order processing accuracy, and last-mile delivery efficiency. The platform’s ability to provide real-time tracking and unified management across multiple sales channels has positioned it as a strategic partner for brands scaling their online operations.

Investor Confidence

The successful funding round reflects growing investor confidence in India’s logistics infrastructure sector, particularly in technology-enabled fulfillment solutions. Atomic Capital, which led the round, has been actively backing consumer-focused and supply chain ventures across India. Axilor Ventures, one of India’s most active seed-stage investors, brings extensive experience in supply chain and enterprise technology investments to the partnership.

As India’s e-commerce market continues its rapid expansion, with digital-first brands proliferating across categories, QuickShift’s full-stack fulfillment platform positions the company to capitalize on the growing demand for sophisticated logistics solutions that can support omni-channel growth strategies.
